FAQ's about shipping and policy. Please read these before contacting me with a question that might already be listed below.
I ship my packages worldwide. Please keep in mind that I'm located in Europe (Belgium) which may increase the shipping cost to for instance Australia. I'm sorry.
Musketon is no Amazon. This is a one man operation. I can only invest one day per week in shipping packages. Please take note while you place your order. I can make exceptions for urgents deliveries (e.g. you really want the package in time for someones birthday). Please take note that I can't always promise a speedy process.
Allow up to a maximum of two weeks for your order to arrive please.
If you waited for at least a week since your order and still no package arrived please contact me via email.
Include your order number please!
Everybody makes mistakes, however I can not cover the costs for this mistake. I already paid shipping for the first time I tried to ship this package. If you made a mistake while entering your package and I need to send it again I will ask you to cover the shipping costs.
Each print is wrapped in eco-friendly wrapping paper before being sealed in a cardboard tube. These tubes should survive the trip to your home without a problem.
As mentioned above prints are shipped in heavy duty cardboard tubes. This doesn't happen frequently, but sometimes the tube gets damaged in transport. Sad, but true. If your packages arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contact me so we can solve this issue. This claim will be investigated by postal services. This can take a while though and is completely out of my control.
Returns and exchanges
Items purchased at the Musketon webshop may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with. Returns in-store for store credit only.
