1. Introduction
We specialise in the sale of limited series art prints and art sculptures. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or make a purchase.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The artworks sold through Musketon are the intellectual property of their respective creators. By purchasing an art piece, you are granted a license to own a physical copy of the artwork, but you do not acquire the rights to reproduce or distribute it.
3. Purchase of Limited Series Artworks
Each limited series artwork is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The sale of these works is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a series is sold out, no further sales will be made. Closed series will never be re-released!
4. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the purchase process, and you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payment must be received in full before any artwork is shipped.
6. Shipping and Handling
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns if the artwork arrives damaged. In such a case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage to initiate a return or exchange.
8. Limitation of Liability
Musketon is not liable for any damage that may occur to the artwork once it has been delivered to a common carrier for shipment.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes means that you accept and agree to the changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Restrictions on Display
The artworks sold through Musketon are intended for private collection and personal enjoyment. Unless explicitly granted through written permission from Musketon, purchasers of our limited series art prints and sculptures may not display the artwork in public galleries, exhibitions, or any commercial spaces. This restriction is in place to ensure that the artwork is presented in contexts that align with the artist's vision and reputation. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action and the revocation of your license to retain any artworks purchased from us.
14. Force Majeure
Musketon shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
15. Dispute Resolution
We will always try to resolve issues or disputes with an open mind and offer our collectors a solution at any time. Might this be impossible any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration conducted in Belgium.
